		CCCAV Submission to COAG Early Childhood Development Steering Committee on the Regulatory Impact Statement for Early Childhood Education and Care Quality Reforms CCCAV in consultation with the Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA) has lodged its Submission to the Council of Australian Governments (COAG) Early Childhood Development Steering Committee on their Regulatory Impact Statement (RIS) for Early Childhood Education and Care Quality Reforms and how it will impact on Victorian families unless the Federal Government appropriately funds its intended National Reform Agenda.
