Nor is the advertising by a supplier in any of our publications, unless otherwise stated, evidence of endorsement by the Association. The legal liability for defects in quality or workmanship of goods or services advertised in C.C.C.A.V. publications, and for any harmful consequences arising there from, shall therefore remain the sole responsibility of the manufacturer or supplier.
